The poster features a series of negative statements like;“I’m not good enough.” and “My ideas are not valuable.” However, these phrases are boldly interrupted and transformed by vibrant red brushstrokes that replace words like “Not” and “Don’t” with fragmented phrases such as “F*ck,” “Im,” “pos,” “tor,” “syn,” and “drome.” This intervention reshapes the narrative, allowing the statements to read as affirmations: “I am good enough.” “My ideas are valuable.” “I belong here.”

Adding a personal touch is the figure of an African artist, dressed in a paint-streaked apron, symbolizing the resilience and creative spirit that push through self-doubt. The juxtaposition of precise typography with the expressive, raw red brushstrokes mirrors the struggle and triumph over impostor syndrome.
